I was recently involved in an accident which ended up ruining my phone. We all know that communication matters in this current century so I had to reconnect with the world and get a new phone ASAP. I'd heard a lot about Slot; expensive merchandise, original products, brand variety including blackberry (although out of stock most times) , Samsung , Nokia , LG, HTC, Apple, etc. So I decided I'll try them out and get a not so expensive phone in the meantime (I mean it's better than nothing).
The interior of the Slot Unilag branch is quite spacious. It is colorful and definitely set-up in a way that makes you want to just buy something (even if you don't need it). They have a lot of display boards so it's really cool that you get to play around with your choice before actually purchasing. Customer service is quite mediocre; some staff members are friendly while others are downright awful. While I was there, I saw the "phone-tester" guy (his job is pretty much to test your phone and make sure it's working before you can leave with it) frowning, snatching items and literally throwing them back at the customers. I'm not sure that's acceptable behavior but I'll let you all be the judge of that.

In my experience, their prices are quite okay and all phones come with a warranty. I mentioned that they hardly have blackberry phones in stock, right? Well, that's a story for another day...
