I had subscribed for the 2k5 data plan and the amount had been deducted but I didn't have any service. I called the first time, explained to them and the first person politely said I should do a hard reset. I did that almost a hundred times and it still didn't work.
I am very disappointed in Glo. I don't even have a rating for them. I have decided to leave the network. However, they should get a refund system like other networks. #2500 is too much to dash!
