I headed over to DLC Jibowu as my uncle had instructed. While I waited in line, I observed the male attendant speaking rudely to the customer ahead of me. Apparently, they were bargaining and the attendant wasn't satisfied with the customer's offering price. Plus, he thought the customer wasn't "fine" and looking at her made him angry. He said this oh, imagine! After much exchange of words and arguments, I had to step-in to beg on behalf of the customer. I guess he felt I was "fine" enough so he accepted the items for the price I'd quoted (which was the same as the customer's initial offer).
I will rate the service a 7 over 10. I'm really impressed because I can send and receive anything from my hometown. However, it is not right for an attendant to exchange words in such manner with a customer! The customer is always right!!
