So my #1 alobam and I went to Ikoyi Club to grab lunch some time in January, 2015. Ikoyi Club is basically a country club and I hear it's quite the process to become a member (since it's supposed to be an elite kinda club). I think non-members can be accompanied by members for a fee. Feel free to visit the Ikoyi Club website for more information on the club.
Overall, my experience would have been great, especially with the dirt cheap prices of beer and food!! But the flies were too many and ruined my visit for the most part. My two recommendations for the Main Kitchen are:
1) Eliminate those flies as much as possible (even if it means spraying the space with insecticides every night and airing it out in the morning before patrons arrive).
2) Ensure food options on the menu are actually available (even if this means condensing the menu)
I'd definitely recommend Ikoyi Club as a good place to grab a quick bite (not sure where else one can get food+beer on the Island at such a cheap price), however, I'd say to either sit outside of the Main Kitchen restaurant or try eating in a different section of the club.
