I had finally come to terms with the incompetence of the staff at the GTbank Idi araba branch, and I had to really sort out my card problem. I decided to not judge Gtbank based on my experience with one awful branch, so I tried another branch. I had thought about going to the head office on the Island, but the heat!! Have you noticed how hot lagos is this month? It’s very scary!
Overall, I will rate GTBank Ojuelegba branch a 7 over 10, Amazing service from the attendant that handled my case, but I had to stand all through the 30 minutes.
