I got an oxygen facial and a hotstone massage at bnatural. I'll start with the least pleasant experience: the hot stone massage. It cost about 10,000 naira and wasn't that great. It just seemed more like a deep tissue massage. A hot stone is supposed to be soothing and relaxing. However, I was far from relaxed because I was not asked how hot I liked my stones, or how much pressure I would like used in massaging me. In addition, the lady seemed stubborn to adjust anything to my comfort level so I was not pleased with it one bit.

On the other hand, I must say the facial is the best I have ever had and it cost about 11,000 naira. I have combination skin, and usually when I'm done with a facial, my face looks really oily and then I break out soon after. However, when I got my facial here my skin looked healthy and balanced afterwards, and I didn't feel self conscious about not dabbing on a bit of foundation (which you must never do after a facial anyway!) The only thing was that my facialist gave me a facial that was a bit more expensive than I had booked for. Even though it was what my skin needed at the time, she should have discussed it with me first in case it was out of my budget. So just make sure you ask questions before proceeding with a treatment.
